Project Manager - AI Solution

About the Role

The Project Manager for AI Solution will oversee end-to-end operations within the AI Solution practice, ensuring collaboration and coordination across multiple teams and units in India. This position focuses on facilitating effective execution of AI-related initiatives and maintaining smooth operational workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the AI Solution practice, managing processes and daily activities to achieve consistency.
• Coordinate activities across departments to align goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish clear communication pathways and provide regular status updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Engage senior leadership to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and programs simultaneously, handling ambiguity and leading key meetings.
• Monitor progress and report on essential performance indicators related to AI practice operations.
• Integrate AI knowledge into workflows and deliverables to improve practice effectiveness.
• Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth functioning of the AI practice.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics during initiation and planning stages.
• Supervise ongoing AI projects to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual commitments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting program outcomes and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements by incorporating feedback, optimizing workflows, and maintaining operational dashboards and reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 14 to 17 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, including project management or practice operations.
• Have foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, technologies, and relevant tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex workflows to achieve consensus and alignment.
• Experience managing operations for large accounts or programs with emphasis on operational consistency and risk management.
• Skilled in resolving stakeholder conflicts through strategic communication and negotiation.
• Knowledgeable in implementing governance structures and promoting operational excellence.
• Passionate about utilizing AI technologies to augment delivery quality and foster innovation.
• Proficient in generating senior leadership reports, dashboards, and driving process improvements and automation.
• Experienced with Jira including board and workflow management, dashboard creation, and query management.
• Familiarity with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate to support analytics and automation efforts.
• Able to collaborate effectively with both local and global leadership and diverse cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence senior leadership at a global scale.
