Chat360 is seeking a skilled and proactive Program Manager to lead and oversee several cross-functional initiatives from initial planning stages to full execution. The role demands expertise in managing projects, engaging stakeholders, effective communication, and solution-oriented problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple programs ensuring they are delivered on schedule and meet expected outcomes.
• Establish clear objectives, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables for each program.
• Collaborate seamlessly with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments.
• Monitor program advancement, identify risks and dependencies, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes while aligning program goals with broader business strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 2 to 5 years’ experience in Program or Project Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree supplemented by robust project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Preferably have experience within SaaS, IT, or Technology sectors.
• Comfortable working with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, communication prowess, and an aptitude for resolving challenges effectively.
• Immediate joiners or professionals able to join with minimal notice will be favored.
• Possession of PMP certification will be considered advantageous.
