Project Control Manager

About the Role

A prominent real estate developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled Project Control Manager to strengthen its expanding team. This role requires a professional with extensive experience on the developer side as well as collaborating with consultants, encompassing expertise in project controls, contract management, cost oversight, schedule coordination, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for both consultants and developers ensuring all contractual duties are fulfilled efficiently.
• Track and control project timelines, milestones, and delivery dates comprehensively.
• Lead budgeting, cost monitoring, forecasting, and financial reporting activities related to projects.
• Oversee the review and administration of payment requests, valuations, invoices, and approvals.
• Work in close collaboration with consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal teams involved in development.
• Continuously assess project performance against cost budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations.
• Identify commercial, contractual, cost, and schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards designed for senior management to facilitate informed decisions.
• Assist in enabling effective decision-making at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ direct experience in project controls, project management, commercial management, or related areas.
• Proven background working closely with real estate developers and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, timeline management, cost controls, payment procedures, and reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex and high-value real estate or development projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience within Saudi Arabia or GCC region is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Monthly salary range: SAR 40,000 to SAR 45,000, based on experience
