Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Architect to lead project efforts spanning design development, Development Application (DA), documentation, and construction phases. The projects predominantly involve mid-sized shopping centers located throughout Sydney, alongside commercial and mixed-use residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
You will be managing projects from initial design stages through delivery, coordinating extensively with clients, consultants, builders, and internal teams. This includes managing all project information, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring that design intentions, documentation, and project schedules remain aligned during the construction phase.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit and has documented experience guiding retail, commercial, or mixed-use ventures across multiple phases. Autonomy in making day-to-day decisions is expected, with senior leadership support as necessary.
