About the Role

We are looking for a driven and innovative Program Officer specializing in Procurement to join our team based on the Gold Coast. This role provides crucial support to program and project managers by enhancing the effectiveness of program and project management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist program and project teams to ensure the smooth functioning of procurement-related processes in alignment with organizational goals.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of procurement policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in procurement planning and familiarity with governance frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and meet strict deadlines.
• Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and publishing tools.
