Program Manager – Eagle

Job Summary

The Program Manager will serve as the primary coordinator and governance lead for the program, ensuring disciplined execution, proactive risk and issue handling, effective engagement with stakeholders, transparent reporting, and alignment between client and delivery teams.

Reporting to the Practice Director, the role requires early identification of emerging risks, driving resolution of cross-team challenges, and maintaining strong connections with senior client and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold a solid governance framework across Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance workstreams.
• Coordinate overall program planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, deliverables, and governance forums.
• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and execution of all program activities.
• Manage program-level RAID—risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies—actively and transparently.
• Anticipate potential delivery obstacles and initiate preventive or corrective actions ahead of schedule impacts.
• Monitor delivery commitments against agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Organize regular governance meetings, steering committees, delivery reviews, and checkpoints.
• Document and manage decisions, actions, escalations, and dependencies to completion.
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact between the organization and client for program governance.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior business, operational, technology, and transformation stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with client IT teams, including stakeholders based in Jeddah.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring timely updates on progress, risks, decisions, and necessary actions.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and facilitate resolution of conflicting priorities or expectations.
• Escalate significant risks or decisions to Practice Director, providing context, impact assessment, and recommendations.
• Maintain active oversight and resolution of program risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution for critical delivery challenges, assigning owners and deadlines.
• Identify patterns of recurring concerns and suggest structural changes where needed.
• Maintain disciplined escalation practices, avoiding unnecessary escalations within the delivery organization.
• Prepare clear, concise weekly and monthly reports for leadership on program status, milestone achievements, risks, decisions, dependencies, and attention areas.
• Create executive-level materials for steering committees and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure reporting reflects the true program health and offers forward-looking insights, not just retrospective statuses.
• Keep Practice Director regularly updated, flagging urgent matters needing senior management involvement.
• Coordinate across professional services, product, engineering, support, infrastructure, and other involved teams.
• Collaborate with Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance leads to align efforts between workstreams.
• Manage interdependencies among implementation teams, client technology groups, third-party providers, and related projects.
• Support resource planning and identify potential capacity or skills shortages.
• Oversee seamless transitions between project phases including design, build, testing, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and handover.

Required Experience & Skills

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex technology implementation programs in financial services sectors such as investment management, asset management, banking, or capital markets.
• Proven expertise in program governance, project controls, risk and issue management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Successful track record managing senior client stakeholders within complex delivery settings.
• Capability to work independently and proactively in a client-facing, on-site capacity.
• Strong skills in executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to identify emerging delivery risks early and drive resolutions.
• Sound understanding of structured implementation methodologies and enterprise technology delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to function effectively where multiple business, operational, technology, vendor, and management stakeholders are involved.

Preferred Experience

• Background in investment management, asset servicing, investment accounting, performance measurement, or portfolio management.
• Prior exposure to Eagle solutions, especially Eagle Accounting and/or Eagle Performance, is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of investment data, accounting, performance metrics, portfolio structures, securities, and related operational processes.
• Experience executing major programs in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region.
• Familiarity with complex financial institutions with responsibilities spanning multiple entities or locations.
