Role Overview
The Retrofit Program Manager position based in Hosur, India, involves leading and managing retrofit and modernization programs across Bloom's installed customer base globally. This role demands close collaboration with multiple departments and customers to drive the successful launch and completion of retrofit initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee retrofit programs covering all product lines including defining scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budget planning.
- Maintain comprehensive databases of all installed product populations for effective program management.
- Drive full lifecycle execution of retrofit projects from initial concept through deployment, including risk assessments (HIRA) and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, field services, and supply chain teams for special tooling needs, material planning, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Establish deployment methodologies, technical manuals, training resources, and service procedures to ensure smooth field execution.
- Manage initial float stock planning and continuously update forecasted orders in the ERP system based on real demand.
- Liaise with strategic customers, delivering regular progress reports and retrofit completion dashboards to both management and clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout retrofit program operations.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve 100% HIRA compliance before deployment.
- Maintain retrofit completion rates above 95% as per planned schedules.
- Reduce average lead time to supply retrofit materials to 20 days, targeting 30 days commitment.
- Close material customer orders (MCO) within an average lead time target of 20 days.
- Ensure 95%-100% compliance for dashboard reporting commitments.
Eligibility
Applicants should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
