Project Manager

Role Overview

Manage the complete operational activities of a factory construction site, encompassing civil engineering works, structural setups, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and installation of machinery.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the site covering civil, structural, MEP, and machinery installation works.
• Collaborate with civil contractors, architects, equipment vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met and work quality is upheld.
• Create and oversee master project timelines, regularly track key milestones, and compile daily and weekly progress reports for senior leadership review.
• Manage budgets, monitor materials procurement needs, control expenses, and implement strategies to reduce onsite material wastage.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards rigorously, assuring all construction complies with technical and building regulations.
• Liaise with local governmental bodies and consultants to secure all necessary factory permits, no-objection certificates (NOCs), layout sanctions, and safety approvals.
• Provide leadership to onsite teams comprising engineers, safety officers, supervisors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflows and strong productivity.
