Operations Manager - Aerospace Components

About the Role

Sri Narasimha Engineering Works seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the manufacturing unit focused on aerospace components. The position is based on-site in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru. The selected candidate will handle team leadership, daily operational coordination, record-keeping, and ensuring smooth production and administrative workflows within the unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the operations team and daily activities.
• Coordinate manufacturing processes related to aerospace components.
• Maintain operational and financial records utilizing Tally accounting software.
• Create and manage reports leveraging MS Excel.
• Monitor team productivity ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Liaise effectively with various departments to facilitate seamless workflow.
• Handle documentation, stock records, and maintain basic accounts data.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven ability in managing teams and operations.
• Proficiency in Tally software for record maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel for reporting purposes.
• Experience in operations management and documentation.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in aerospace components manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial sectors. Applicants from across India are welcome but must be prepared to work on-site in Bengaluru.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is ₹40,000 to ₹50,000.
