Key Responsibilities

• Execute general handyman duties including repairs, maintenance, and home improvements.
• Perform drywall patching, painting, caulking, carpentry including trim and door work.
• Install or replace hardware, cabinets, shelves, and door components.
• Carry out minor flooring, siding, framing, and finishing carpentry assignments.
• Identify issues and select proper materials and methods for repairs.
• Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and safe.
• Interact professionally with clients, delivering top-tier customer service.
• Adhere to project guidelines, company protocols, and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of labor hours and material use for each assignment.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated handyman experience or background in residential/commercial construction.
• Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical minor repairs.
• Capability to interpret and comply with project instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• A vehicle suitable for work (van or truck), valid driver's license.
