Key Duties

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint to guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces.
• Perform patching and finish work to meet the highest quality standards.
• Adhere to decorating schedules, completing jobs promptly and thoroughly.
• Safely store all paint materials and solvents in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service when engaging with hotel guests.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Possession of a formal trade qualification in Painting.
• Prior experience in painting roles, preferably in a similar environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for handling multiple tasks and projects during the workday.
