About the Role

Due to ongoing expansion and internal growth opportunities, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is inviting enthusiastic individuals to join their Malaga, WA site as permanent full-time Production Team Members. This role offers the chance to grow your career in a modern production setting and gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment in bottling and cooler refurbishment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and automated production technology efficiently and safely to maintain smooth production line operations.
  • Perform quality checks and monitor production processes to ensure the delivery of top-quality products.
  • Identify problems or downtime causes, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to minimize interruptions.
  • Assist with line setups, changeovers, and material handling to support uninterrupted workflows.
  • Develop versatile skills by working across different site functions, including machine operation, cooler refurbishment, and forklift driving where licensed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment that complies with strict safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and productivity.

  • A motivated, reliable team player who enjoys collaborating to meet shared objectives.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment performing manual handling tasks.
  • Committed to following safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities focused on quality outcomes.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new skills, taking on challenges, and pursuing career growth within a global company.
  • Possession of a current forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information
