About the Role
Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as a Merchandiser working across leading UK grocery retailers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the entire product range is consistently stocked and attractively presented in stores. This position requires active physical involvement, including moving pallets with pump trucks, creating appealing displays, organizing stock, and maintaining product visibility on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability across partner retail locations.
- Physically manage stock movement and setup impactful product displays.
- Perform manual handling tasks safely with provided training and equipment.
- Foster positive relationships with store teams and coordinate closely with Account Executives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
- Utilize provided iPhone and iPad devices for communication, navigation, and reporting purposes.
- Engage in regular one-on-one reviews and team meetings for personal development and skill enhancement.

No prior experience is needed; full training and ongoing support are provided. Ideal candidates enjoy physical activity, work well with others, adapt quickly to changing tasks, maintain a positive attitude, and possess a strong eagerness to learn. Additional Details
- Contract: Permanent
- Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday
- Salary: £27,492 per year plus quarterly bonus
