Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a trustworthy and self-driven Vending Machine Stockist to help manage our growing portfolio of vending machine locations. This vital position focuses on keeping vending machines well-stocked, hygienic, and in excellent working order to provide a superior customer experience at each site.
This permanent, full-time role operates from Salisbury, involves extensive travel within the assigned territory, and services numerous sites daily. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 6am to 2pm, with optional shifts on weekends.
Key Duties
- Refill vending machines following established schedules and stock levels
- Ensure machines are clean, presentable, and fully functional
- Perform test vending and basic fault troubleshooting
- Maintain high standards in merchandising and presentation
- Effectively manage inventory and reduce discrepancies
- Complete all daily service visits according to plan
- Carry out daily safety inspections on the vehicle
- Observe safety and compliance protocols at all times
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Identify and report new potential business or customer opportunities encountered during service calls
Candidate Profile
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Holding a current full Australian driver's licence; MR/HR licence considered advantageous
- Physically fit to lift product cases weighing up to 16kg for an 8-hour shift
- Previous experience in merchandising, delivery driving, or field operations is beneficial
- Professional demeanor, confident in representing the company brand at customer locations
- Strong time management skills to meet schedules effectively
- Exemplary work ethic with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail with basic troubleshooting abilities
