Role Overview
We are seeking Production Operatives for the day shift at Hilton Foods in Huntingdon. The role involves working on a production line, carefully packing meat products according to specifications, and maintaining efficiency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect meat cuts to confirm they meet product specifications.
- Organize meat within packaging, adhering to display and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure pack weights are accurate and conform to defined standards.
- Identify and reject any meats or packaging that fall outside quality or specification parameters.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of £13.57.
- Shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off with working hours 6am to 6pm.
