Position Overview
Hilton Foods is seeking an experienced Nawi Operative/Engineering Maintenance Support to join its Huntingdon location. This role operates within a supportive, non-hierarchical environment focused on consumer satisfaction and high performance, offering long-term career prospects and significant advancement opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal operation of Nawi Warehouse systems across two factories, managing primal deliveries to the factories and Retail dispatch activities.
- Support Nawi engineers with both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist in addressing significant equipment failures and breakdowns.
- Help the Hygiene team with general housekeeping duties in the warehouse environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or understanding of engineering environments is advantageous.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.
Compensation, Benefits & Working Hours
- Hourly pay rate of £15.25.
- Shift pattern: Four days from 05:30 to 18:00 followed by four nights from 17:30 to 06:00.
