About the Role

As a Product Support Consultant at Google’s gTech Ads division, you will be instrumental in providing expert support for Google’s Travel advertising products such as Hotel Center, Action Center, and Travel Ads formats. This position involves delivering comprehensive technical assistance and managing end-to-end solutions for top-tier advertisers, ensuring the resolution of critical issues that impact revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support throughout the customer journey by troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges faced by Google’s advertisers, sales teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Address complex technical problems related to data feeds, pricing accuracy, and inventory ingestion within Google Hotel Center and Action Center.
  • Serve as an advocate for Large Customer Sales (LCS) travel partners by identifying recurring product issues and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate pivotal fixes that enable revenue generation.
  • Leverage data analysis and insights to develop targeted action plans aimed at resolving root cause issues for premier customers, including enhancing knowledge management, streamlining operations, conducting account assessments, and promoting product adoption.
  • Innovate by integrating AI-driven workflows into the support lifecycle, enhancing response times and quality of resolutions provided to top advertisers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in project and program management with experience collaborating across multifaceted teams.
  • Ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative data effectively to derive insights and implement solutions.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI tools such as Gemini to boost operational efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Five or more years managing projects with involvement in analytics, software development, or customer-facing web technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Additional Information

Applicants may indicate their preferred work location from options including Dublin, Ireland, and Wrocław, Poland. The compensation packages are location-specific, with Ireland offering €90,000–€92,000 annually plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits; Poland offers PLN 248,000–254,000 annually plus similar bonus, equity, and benefits.
