Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of product releases, translating market demands into actionable release backlogs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring secure, compliant, and timely delivery with measurable quality and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements, scope, and timelines consistent with the product roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, clarifying user and technical stories.
  • Lead workshops for product architecture and UI design development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and plan sprint activities.
  • Oversee risk management and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Make make-or-buy decisions and coordinate supplier selection and procurement.
  • Organize development infrastructure and plan team training.
  • Perform personnel management tasks such as onboarding, mentoring, and motivation within development projects.
  • Drive team spirit, acknowledge performance, and maintain professional networks.
  • Manage release planning, readiness, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and foster continuous improvement.
  • Support post-launch processes, including handover to maintenance and project closure.
  • Ensure information security, data privacy, and adherence to quality gates.
  • Coordinate change management, training, and rollout preparations across various locations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10 to 15 years of proven success in project management for embedded software and hardware development.
  • PMP certification and experience with Agile or Lean methodologies is advantageous.
