Role Overview
We are searching for a Product Merchandising Manager to spearhead the enhancement of brand performance within Kildare Village. This pivotal position involves cultivating relationships, addressing product-related challenges across various retail brands, and driving sales improvements through strategic merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee stock-on-hand, new deliveries, and manage out-of-stock and replenishment reports for the Top 30 brands; establish replenishment criteria and anticipate risks ahead of peak sales periods.
- Lead range planning efforts by monitoring performance across different product tiers and segments, identifying discrepancies between the range offered and guest preferences.
- Identify promising new brand prospects and develop business cases to support acquisition in collaboration with the Commercialisation team.
- Contribute to shaping the Village's product offering, including newness, assortment strategies, and trend analysis to initiate growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in merchandise planning with a focus on apparel and luxury retail sectors.
- Established success record in retail or luxury retail environments.
- Thorough knowledge of both local and international brand landscapes and market trends.
- Strong business insight with a commercial mindset.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
This role is office-based at Kildare Village for three to four days weekly. The starting salary offered is 62,000 per annum.
