Role Overview

Flexii seeks an experienced Product Manager deeply familiar with frontline operations within the gig and part-time labor markets. This individual will transform complex, real-world business and gig worker challenges into a strategic, impactful product roadmap, serving as both an industry expert and cross-functional leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish clear product objectives and strategies aimed at enhancing value for both gig workers and business clients while driving company growth.
• Manage the product roadmap end-to-end, ensuring features such as instant matching and automated payroll align with strategic growth targets.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback from business partners and gig workers to develop actionable product requirements.
• Serve as a critical liaison translating between commercial team goals and engineering team technical capabilities and constraints.
• Leverage deep understanding of the gig economy, including labor compliance, scheduling, and dynamic pricing, to design disruptive product features.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, covering discovery, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regional rollout across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Over five years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Proven ability to originate and successfully propose new projects to stakeholders and executives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of negotiating and collaborating across diverse teams.
• Experience launching products with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong skills in analyzing business needs and crafting detailed system definitions and specifications.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making processes.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application development.
• Experience in requirements analysis, defining project scopes, and designing product specifications.
• This position requires on-site presence in Singapore.
