Product Manager – AI Security

About the Role

This full-time remote position based in India focuses on leading product management within the cybersecurity and AI security domains. You will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions that secure AI agents, large language model-powered applications, and their data access across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch for core AI security platform functionalities.
• Lead customer discovery efforts by engaging with CISOs, security architects, and cloud/AI platform teams to transform requirements into precise problem definitions and product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security researchers, design teams, and enterprise clients on scoping, technical trade-offs, and delivery, including participation in technical design reviews.
• Establish product success metrics focusing on adoption, coverage, and detection efficiency.
• Coordinate with product marketing, sales engineering, and support teams to ensure effective positioning, enablement, and launch of products.
• Monitor evolving AI security landscape including agent frameworks, LLM providers, regulatory updates, and competitor activity, incorporating these insights into product strategy.
• Utilize AI tools and agentic methodologies to streamline research, analysis, documentation, and daily product operations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years in product management within B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years in security, cloud infrastructure, or developer-oriented products.
• Demonstrable experience releasing enterprise-level security or infrastructure products with measurable business impact.
• High technical literacy, including reading API specifications, evaluating distributed system trade-offs, and understanding deployment of LLM applications and AI agents.
• Excellent written communication capabilities to create clear PRDs, decision-making documents, and executive briefings.
• Daily practical experience using AI technologies and agentic workflows as part of product development.
• Fluent English skills and adeptness at collaborating with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
• Strong ownership mentality with the capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic setting.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity product areas such as DLP, CASB, SIEM, EDR, CSPM/CNAPP, or AI security solutions.
• In-depth understanding of major cloud providers, including knowledge of services, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and audit/inventory APIs.
• Background in software engineering or proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python.
• Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF.
• Prior involvement in integrating AI-assisted or agentic workflows into product teams.
