About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the creation and development of a new AI-driven product layer for YourToken. This high-impact position reports directly to the C-suite and carries the responsibility of building a strategic AI solution from inception to realization. YourToken harnesses extensive data sets including store performance, advertising platform data, and analytics from hundreds of merchants. Your mission will be to convert this data into actionable, intelligent recommendations that empower merchants to maximize the benefits of YourToken's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate the product vision and strategy for YourToken's AI layer.
- Develop detailed product documentation and create a working proof of concept (POC).
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure alignment of the AI roadmap with overall company objectives.
- Design AI-powered, data-driven insights that optimize merchant product usage.
- Recruit and lead a specialized AI product team, starting approximately one month post-joining.
- Drive the transition from POC to early merchant onboarding, aiming to deliver a functional POC and real-world adoption within six months.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive expertise in the e-commerce domain, specifically understanding direct-to-consumer merchant operations, decision drivers, and market gaps.
- Strong technical familiarity enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams on integrations and system architecture, though hands-on coding is not required.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to initial deployment including scope definition, specification writing, and shipping prototypes.
- Experience or familiarity with big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or business intelligence is highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting with regular interactions with founders and executive leadership.
- Willingness and capability to eventually build and manage a focused product/AI team.
Additional Information
- Experience required: minimum 4 years.
- Expected salary range: INR 3,500,000 to INR 5,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Notice period: 30 days.
- Work shift: Asia/Kolkata timezone (IST).
- Location: Office-based role in Delhi, India.
- Placement: Full-time permanent position with payroll and compliance handled by YourToken.
Selection Process
- Initial phone screening with the CEO (virtual).
- A technical/product discussion with the CEO focusing on domain knowledge and product expertise.
