Role Overview
Join the APAC Products cross-functional team as a Product Manager where you will spearhead the development of AI-driven enterprise solutions. By integrating advanced AI capabilities, you will help businesses revolutionize audience engagement through personalized and automated workflows. This strategic role involves shaping the future of enterprise AI products across APAC, driving innovation in how intelligent solutions scale and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement product roadmaps focused on AI-powered enterprise features such as automation, intelligent workflows, and customer personalization.
- Assess and prioritize impactful product opportunities, steering stakeholder alignment on execution plans.
- Lead collaboration among engineering, design, data science, sales, and partnership teams to deliver cohesive AI solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise AI offerings within APAC, with scope for global expansion.
- Promote and scale AI best practices, including responsible AI usage and workflow standardization, across product teams to cultivate organizational capability.
- Mentor and support the growth of fellow Product Managers and cross-functional collaborators on AI-native methodologies.
- Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- More than 8 years of experience in Product Management.
- At least 3 years of leadership in AI/ML product initiatives at scale, preferably within enterprise or B2B contexts.
- Extensive experience within APAC markets.
- Successful track record of delivering products with measurable business impact for enterprise customers.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing AI-centric strategies, including evaluation metrics and data strategies.
- Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence outcomes without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ongoing active development in AI skills such as prompt engineering and agent orchestration, keeping pace with emerging AI technologies.
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools for workflow optimization, driving efficiency and quality enhancements.
- Experienced in applying and promoting ethical AI standards, including risk assessments, bias mitigation, and quality control.
