Project Manager, Abusive Actor Integrity Operations

Role Overview

Meta is recruiting a Project Manager to enhance its integrity operations aimed at identifying, probing, and curtailing abusive actors on its platforms. This position involves orchestration of cross-departmental workflows that underpin trust and safety initiatives, enabling the effective execution of measures to shield users from coordinated fake behaviors, policy breaches, and forms of platform misuse. Collaboration with teams across integrity, policy, legal, and engineering is vital to monitor schedules, uncover operational shortcomings, and advance key projects that reinforce Meta's protective mechanisms at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily project activities that underpin detection, investigation, and enforcement against abusive entities in integrity teams.
• Oversee tracking of milestones, interdependencies, and deliverables, alerting stakeholders about risks and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with trust and safety, policy, legal, and engineering units to ensure alignment on project scopes and operational demands.
• Maintain project documents including process maps and status updates to ensure clear and consistent communication across teams.
• Aid in creating and applying scalable operations processes for abusive actor case handling.
• Evaluate workflow data to spot inefficiencies or gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Coordinate reviews of incidents, documenting outcomes, and ensuring action items reach completion.
• Participate in developing standard operating procedures and operational playbooks tailored for responses to abusive actors.
• Lead regular meetings and collaborative sessions to maintain alignment and progress among integrity operations stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of two years managing projects, coordinating programs, or operating within trust and safety, integrity, or policy enforcement contexts.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving legal, policy, or enforcement groups within a tech or platform environment.
• Experience with monitoring project progress, handling timelines, and delivering stakeholder updates across multiple ongoing projects.
• Familiarity with operational data analysis or case management systems to assess workflow efficiency and identify improvement areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in leveraging AI technologies to redesign and optimize workflows, achieving tangible improvements in efficiency or quality.
• Background in developing or updating standard operating procedures and playbooks within rapid integrity or compliance settings.
• Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk evaluation, bias mitigation, and quality control.
• Understanding of trust and safety guidelines, content policy enforcement, or law enforcement operational procedures.
• Skilled with project management and workflow tracking tools commonly employed in operations or case management.
• Ongoing engagement with AI advancements such as prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration.
