Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of a pioneering digital platform that intersects agriculture, finance, and technology. This role offers a unique chance to helm the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, engaging directly with stakeholders including farmers, operations teams, lenders, and tech partners across Dubai and Sudan.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in product management within startups, scale-ups, or early-stage products.
• Demonstrated success in creating and launching digital products, managing the entire process from concept through to user adoption.
• Expertise in eliciting requirements from end-users and converting practical challenges into effective product solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven approach to decision-making using user and operational metrics.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently—approximately half the time divided between Dubai and Sudan (around two weeks each location).
• Preferred background includes AgTech, Agri-Finance, FinTech, Development Finance, or work in emerging markets.
