About the Role
A well-established conglomerate headquartered in Singapore is seeking a Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead analytical support in managing financial performance, strategic planning, budgeting, and execution across the group. This role reports directly to the Vice President of FP&A and demands strong financial modelling expertise, astute business judgement, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive analytical initiatives to support the group’s financial performance management.
- Lead strategic planning and budgeting efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide insightful financial guidance and decision support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
- Between 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Exceptional financial modelling abilities coupled with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proven skills in managing and engaging with various stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on approach with an analytical mindset, open to challenging existing processes.
Additional Information
The position is based in Singapore at the company's headquarters and is full-time and onsite. The salary for this role can be up to $12,000 per month.
