We are searching for a dynamic Product Lead to spearhead the development of advanced data interoperability solutions, connecting machinery with cloud applications and driving transformative improvements in global construction safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the vision and strategy for market-leading interoperability products integrating Trimble and Caterpillar ecosystems.
- Partner with diverse teams to translate client needs into detailed product requirements and oversee API integration processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, mentor team members, and cultivate strong collaboration with partners.
- Design data integration frameworks that ensure data security, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
- Continuously analyze market dynamics and adoption metrics to refine strategies and enhance value delivery to customers.
Essential Qualifications and Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in product management, IoT platform development, or technical account leadership with Cloud or IoT platforms.
- Deep knowledge of API governance, integration technologies, and concepts of data transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of converting complex requirements into clear actionable plans.
- Proven leadership abilities to drive cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage complex organizational structures.
Additional Advantageous Experience
- Familiarity with construction or automotive data sharing standards and related regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with machine control systems or grade control technologies is highly desirable.
Work Environment and Benefits
This role is based on-site in our Christchurch, New Zealand office, a hub of over 450 engineering professionals located conveniently on the Little River Link Cycleway.
