Sales Engineer - Civil and Structural Solutions

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer specialized in civil and structural engineering to lead digital transformation initiatives across architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. This role involves collaborating with key enterprise clients in Singapore and Malaysia to devise innovative technical solutions that redefine civil infrastructure management and building lifecycle processes.

Role Highlights

• Develop and present sophisticated presales demonstrations and proof-of-concept frameworks for solutions such as Tekla, Powerfab, and Trimble Connect.
• Engage with potential customers to uncover key operational challenges and craft tailored implementation plans.
• Lead strategic pilot initiatives with major industry stakeholders to position our cutting-edge building information modeling tools effectively.
• Drive technical expansion into civil and linear infrastructure markets by leveraging platforms like Quadri and Novapoint.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent structural engineering qualification.
• Comprehensive expertise in structural analysis, design concepts, and industry-standard workflows.
• Proven experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or managing software project deployments.
• Prior experience working with civil design or sophisticated structural detailing software.
• Strong capabilities in articulating complex technical features into clear business benefits for clients.
• Fluency in English communication is mandatory.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa is advantageous to support the diverse regional clientele.

Logistics and Workplace Information

• Work location: Onsite positions available in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Travel requirements: Up to 35% travel may be expected.
