Role Overview

We are searching for a passionate Product Engineer who excels at transforming genuine customer challenges into user-friendly, dependable software. You will collaborate closely with founders, designers, and operational staff to pinpoint essential issues, engineer solutions, and enhance them based on user feedback.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage directly with property managers and internal teams to comprehend their workflows, detect bottlenecks, and prioritize problem-solving efforts.
• Develop end-to-end features encompassing front-end, back-end, integrations, testing, and deployment, managing the entire product performance lifecycle.
• Cooperate with designers to simplify complex rental operations into intuitive interfaces that expedite task completion with confidence.
• Design event-driven automation workflows to reduce repetitive tasks such as scheduling cleaning, sending check-in instructions, and generating financial statements.
• Implement AI-enhanced functionalities utilizing large language models and AI agents for automated guest communication, maintenance request prioritization, pricing assistance, and portfolio management.
• Construct robust APIs and integrations with key platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google to ensure seamless ecosystem connectivity.
• Create solutions addressing real operational challenges including reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock management, guest interactions, forecasting, cleaning and maintenance automation, owner reporting, and proactive AI monitoring.
• Leverage customer feedback and product analytics to refine features based on adoption rates, error reduction, time efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Make prudent technical decisions balancing delivery speed, maintainability, security, and scalability as the platform expands.

• Hands-on with Supabase and AWS serverless infrastructure.
