Role Overview

We invite a driven Product Engineer to transform authentic customer challenges into user-friendly and trustworthy software solutions. Collaborating intimately with founders, designers, and operators, you will pinpoint critical issues, develop solutions, and enhance them using user feedback and behavioral insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with property managers and internal teams to analyze workflows, recognize pain points, and identify priority problems for resolution.
• Manage complete product lifecycle from conception, prototyping, frontend and backend development, integration, testing, to deployment, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance in production.
• Partner with designers to create interfaces that simplify the intricacies of short-term rental operations, enabling users to complete tasks efficiently and confidently.
• Develop automation workflows triggered by events to remove repetitive duties, such as coordinating cleaning after bookings, delivering check-in instructions, and generating financial statements for owners.
• Integrate AI techniques including Large Language Models and AI agents to streamline guest communications, prioritize maintenance requests, advise on pricing strategies, and boost portfolio management effectiveness.
• Construct dependable APIs and linkages with ecosystems like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other critical partners.
• Provide robust solutions for real-time reservation syncing, dynamic pricing analytics, keyless entry, multi-channel guest messaging, guest onboarding and upselling, operational forecasting, automated maintenance, owner financial workflows, and AI-driven alerts.
• Continuously analyze customer feedback, product usage statistics, and operational metrics to refine and enhance shipped features for higher adoption, reduced errors, and improved efficiency.
• Make informed technical choices balancing delivery speed with maintainability, security, and reliability as the user base expands.

• Familiarity with Supabase and AWS serverless cloud frameworks.
