Overview
NFP, part of the Aon Group, is seeking a Private Client Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract located in Blackrock, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland. The successful candidate will support the growing Wealth team, focusing on life and pension new and existing business processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily processing of pension, investment, and protection business submitted by consultants, including online data entry, following up on pipeline, and issuing policy documentation.
- Set up and maintain client and policy records within the client database accurately.
- Collaborate with consultants to prepare and dispatch compliance documents such as recommendations, statements of suitability, market research reports, and risk profiling documentation.
- Ensure all files comply with NFP Ireland's internal procedures and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Handle ad hoc client requests including address updates, policy encashments, and withdrawals.
- Manage daily incoming post and client correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and organize client files while managing the task reminder systems effectively.
- Respond to telephone inquiries professionally and promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role, specifically within life and pension administration.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with dedication to initiative, proactiveness, and independent work ethic.
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- Qualification as a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) is essential.
