Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect

About the Role

Take a leading role as a Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect, where you will act as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology executives, helping tackle complex supply chain issues and craft enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud strategies. This position extends beyond technical solution delivery to influencing transformation decisions that bring measurable business benefits.

You will operate across large-scale Oracle Cloud initiatives, bringing thorough supply chain knowledge, enterprise architecture expertise, and strategic consulting acumen to drive significant transformation programs. You will be part of a premier Oracle practice, contributing to its growth, mentoring future leaders, and expanding the team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and strategic guidance for Oracle SCM solutions within transformation, optimization, and cloud adoption projects.
• Engage senior stakeholders across business and technology divisions to influence and inform decision-making.
• Develop and present enterprise Oracle Cloud roadmaps, target-state architectures, and solution options.
• Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap planning activities.
• Ensure architectural coherence and governance throughout the program lifecycle, assessing risks and dependencies across multiple streams.
• Support governance forums, steering committees, and coordinate stakeholder reviews.
• Identify and resolve complex process and integration challenges to maintain the integrity of the architecture.
• Contribute to business growth through pre-sales support, crafting transformation proposals, and client engagement.
• Mentor consultants and architects, fostering best practices and strengthening Oracle SCM capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across manufacturing, inventory, cost management, planning, product management, order management, and execution.
• Strong understanding of how Oracle Cloud supports comprehensive supply chain transformation.
• Experience designing integrated enterprise architectures connecting Oracle SCM with Procurement, Finance, HCM, EPM, Analytics, and Reporting platforms.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, Web Services, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Proven ability to manage and influence high-level stakeholder relationships and facilitate executive decision-making.
• Consulting mindset with robust problem-solving and commercial skills balancing business value and technical realities.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Experience with regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of compliance environments including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, electronic record keeping, and audit requirements.
• Expertise in contract manufacturing operations, batch processing, quality management, cold chain logistics, and integrated business planning processes.
• Direct industry experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, logistics, or quality management functions.
