We seek a visionary and experienced leadership development expert to join us as Principal, Global Leadership & Organization Capability. This position is integral to driving transformational leadership practices, leveraging AI to enhance learning experiences, and shaping our organizational culture through advanced leadership development that supports business and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the leadership aspect of AI-driven transformation by establishing and promoting behaviors that support a culture centered on agility, curiosity, and innovation.
• Create and implement leadership experiences that empower leaders to navigate ambiguity, effectively manage change, and transition into evolving roles with confidence.
• Design and maintain differentiated leadership pathways aligning with Micron's Leadership Attribute Model to foster culture change and enhance business outcomes.
• Utilize assessment tools such as 360 feedback and behavioral benchmarks to personalize and accelerate leadership development.
• Govern the enterprise-wide leadership development programs, ensuring consistent quality, strategic alignment, and efficient delivery via a global facilitator network.
• Develop and execute strategies integrating facilitated, digital, and just-in-time learning approaches to maximize leadership application and growth.
• Define and implement metrics to measure leadership development impact on organizational performance and talent readiness.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners and senior leaders to align leadership priorities with evolving business needs and drive leadership development adoption.
• Translate business strategies into scalable leadership initiatives that boost organizational capabilities and transformation effectiveness.
• Harness AI, experiential learning methodologies, data, and customer insights to innovate leadership capabilities and validate program outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, culture transformation, and enterprise change management.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive leadership capability systems linked to measurable business results.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and aligning development efforts with strategic priorities on a global enterprise scale.
• Strong track record in designing scalable leadership and cohort-based development programs utilizing assessment-driven methods.
• Competency in employing analytics and data-driven approaches to measure and inform leadership program effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI, digital tools, or data-centric methods to enhance leadership development and organizational outcomes.
• Familiarity with global teams and cross-cultural insights to build leadership programs with extensive international relevance.
• Background in leading or supporting large-scale transformation efforts requiring adaptive leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in facilitation across multiple languages, particularly English and local languages where applicable.
