Key Responsibilities

• Analyze machine usage and implement improvements to achieve superior quality outputs.
• Maintain and enhance production efficiency at designated workstations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any workplace hazards to uphold a safe environment.
• Collaborate closely with equipment engineers to boost and sustain equipment uptime to meet rigorous product standards.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and insights responsibly and effectively to enhance workflow, quality, and operational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and legal guidelines.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-driven innovations relevant to your scope of work.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
• Highly self-driven, with a focus on results and a desire for professional growth.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
• Baseline digital fluency with role-appropriate AI literacy to utilize AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operational tasks.
