Role Overview

The Software and Digital Platforms (SDP) group at Analog Devices seeks a seasoned Senior Program/Project Manager to lead complex Enterprise AI software initiatives for next-generation products spanning various industries. This role requires steering programs and projects through each phase of the product lifecycle, collaborating extensively with diverse stakeholders to ensure projects meet strategic goals and fulfill customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale Enterprise AI software programs, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to oversee project execution, working closely with software teams, third-party vendors, and internal groups for seamless integration.
• Act as the central communication hub for all project stakeholders, facilitating transparent and consistent updates throughout the project phases.
• Identify potential project risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent schedule or quality issues.
• Define and maintain the program roadmap aligned with business priorities, overseeing full project lifecycles, schedules, and financial plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to outline use cases, translating technical concepts into tangible business outcomes.
• Coordinate efforts among data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, MLOps teams, and product managers.
• Provide comprehensive project lifecycle reporting to executive leadership, technical teams, and non-technical audiences.
• Promote continuous improvements by adopting best practices and standardized procedures to elevate project delivery effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to company protocols and standardized processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence/machine learning, engineering, or related technical field.
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience managing global software projects, including significant involvement with Enterprise AI or AI/ML product deployments.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle, requirements gathering, and change control practice.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities, with a record of success collaborating across multifaceted, multi-time zone teams.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, and JIRA for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling clear conveyance of technical and business information to diverse audiences.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle stages including data acquisition, model creation, training, validation, deployment, and operational monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI model performance evaluation metrics, retraining approaches, and common challenges.
• Experience collaborating with various roles including AI researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business teams.
• Understanding of AI-specific risks, and experience with defining success criteria, validation protocols, and ethical AI governance frameworks.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and enforce aggressive delivery schedules.
• Self-driven, optimistic, and proactive attitude with a readiness to accept responsibility.

Preferred Skills and Experiences

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe for Agile, or AI/ML credentials like AWS/Azure ML or TensorFlow Developer.
• Background in customer-facing roles with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and cloud AI service platforms.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 10% of the time.
