- Advocate and support AI adoption both internally and with clients, promoting practical AI applications built on strong data frameworks.
- Manage data migration streams, especially for CRM and ERP systems within broader transformation projects working alongside Business Applications teams.
- Support presales activities including solution development, client proposals, cost estimation, and presenting options to stakeholders.

- Proficiency in logical and physical data modeling, including dimensional modeling (Kimball methodology) and modern lakehouse/medallion architectures.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure and Fabric, including ingestion, transformation, and warehousing, leveraging SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience facilitating discovery and data strategy sessions with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to design and advise on data governance frameworks, master data management, metadata management, and data quality assurance.
- Comfortable incorporating AI methods into daily tasks and driving AI adoption in client projects and delivery.
- Experience in presales functions such as scoping, estimation, and client presentations.
- Excellent consulting skills including stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and effective communication.
- Experience mentoring team members and enhancing team standards and practices.
- Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand and capability to serve clients nationwide.
Preferred Skills (Advantages)
