About the Role
Agilent Technologies is looking for a Pricing Operations Analyst to lead the execution of global pricing strategies across their extensive product and service offerings. This position focuses on maintaining accurate global list prices aligned with corporate strategies, supported by strong systems knowledge and a mindset geared towards process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and update global list prices throughout Agilent’s product portfolio, ensuring coherence with company-wide pricing policies.
- Manage pricing operations utilizing SAP and CRM platforms, maintaining precise and current pricing information for various customer segments including commercial, government, and distributors.
- Offer expert advice to regional pricing teams, finance groups, and product managers to facilitate price updates and resolve pricing inconsistencies.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and governmental pricing regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and automate pricing activities to boost accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Act as the principal contact for pricing operations in the Asia-Pacific region while supporting global projects.
- Engage proactively in strategic pricing projects and transformation programs under Agilent’s Ignite Pricing Center of Excellence, gaining exposure to advanced pricing techniques and cross-functional teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA with a focus on Marketing or Finance is preferred.
- At least five years’ experience in pricing operations, finance, or similar roles within a multinational setup.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive initiative execution effectively.
- Proficient in SAP and CRM systems management.
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse global stakeholders.
- Preferred expertise includes knowledge of enterprise systems such as ECC, HANA, Salesforce, ICM, CPQ, master data processes, business intelligence tools like Qlik, Power BI, SharePoint development, and data visualization for comprehensive reporting and trend analysis.

- The position follows a full-time weekly schedule with a remote work option.
- Approximately 10% travel is expected.
