Job Overview

Agilent Technologies is looking for a Pricing Operations Analyst to lead the implementation of global pricing strategies across a broad range of products and services. The role is essential for ensuring precise and timely management of list prices from a global perspective and offers a valuable opportunity to engage with strategic pricing projects within Agilent’s Ignite Pricing Center of Excellence. This position offers significant exposure to advanced pricing tactics and collaborative cross-functional efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer global list prices aligned with corporate pricing strategies for Agilent’s product portfolio.
  • Manage pricing operations within SAP and CRM platforms, keeping pricing data accurate and current for various customer segments such as commercial, government, and distributors.
  • Provide expert guidance to regional pricing teams, finance, and product management for price updates and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and compliance with government pricing regulations.
  • Lead process enhancement and automation initiatives to boost pricing accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the main contact for pricing operations concerning the APAC region while also supporting worldwide projects.
  • Engage actively in strategic pricing and transformation initiatives under the Ignite program, leveraging advanced pricing methods and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines; MBA with a focus on Marketing or Finance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pricing operations, finance, or similar roles within global organizations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to successfully execute field-driven initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
  • Experience utilizing Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and automation purposes.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, organizational skills, and communication capabilities.
  • Capability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across a global framework.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ECC, HANA, CRM/Salesforce, ICM, CPQ, and master data management processes.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Qlik or Power BI, SharePoint page development, and data visualization software for generating reports, analytics, and dashboards showcasing trends and patterns.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely and includes a day shift schedule. Travel is expected approximately 10% of the time. The employment duration is ongoing with no specified end date.
