About Clean Life and the Role

Clean Life, a rapidly expanding home services company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Pricing Officer to strengthen their Sales team. This position focuses on conducting customer site assessments, understanding client requirements, and devising accurate, competitive pricing proposals that align with company goals while ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Duties

• Perform on-site inspections to evaluate customer needs and service conditions.
• Assess property dimensions, room counts, facilities, and cleanliness status.
• Calculate required manpower, equipment, and service duration estimates.
• Generate precise and competitive quotations aligned with pricing strategies and profitability objectives.
• Present pricing proposals professionally and clarify them to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for validating service practicality and pricing accuracy.
• Follow up on quotations to assist in closing sales deals.
• Maintain detailed records of customers and quotations within the CRM system.
• Analyze quotation outcomes to understand lost opportunities and boost success rates.
• Investigate market pricing trends and competitor rates to suggest pricing strategy enhancements.
• Regularly report on site visits, quotations, conversion metrics, and pricing effectiveness.
• Participate in refining pricing processes, templates, and overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Management, or a closely related field.
• Between 2 to 4 years experience in Pricing, Field Sales, Estimation, or quotation preparation roles.
• Preference for candidates with backgrounds in Facilities Management, Home Services, Cleaning Services, or similar service industries.
• Strong skills in analysis and working with numbers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple site visits and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
