Job description
Overview
CleanLife is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Riyadh. This position involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle to source, evaluate, and secure top talent in alignment with organizational needs, while strictly adhering to recruitment policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from manpower requests to candidate offer acceptance.
- Create and distribute job postings on platforms including LinkedIn and Taqat.
- Actively source candidates using diverse avenues such as CV databases, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess applicants based on job criteria.
- Organize and facilitate candidate interviews with relevant stakeholders, documenting evaluations and outcomes.
- Draft and issue employment offers, managing follow-up communications through acceptance.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database for future recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives to enhance company reputation in the job market.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and recruitment standards throughout the hiring steps.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and update on hiring progress and metrics.
- Assist with international recruitment and overseas hiring processes, coordinating with designated agencies and offices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of modern recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional recruitment platforms.
- Preferably skilled in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage several vacancies and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to follow-up.
