Presales Consultant – Security Solutions

About the Role

Mannai TechHub, part of Mannai Corporation, specializes in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to facilitate organizations' digital transformation. We are expanding our cybersecurity team in Qatar and seek a seasoned Presales Consultant specializing in Security Solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams, technology partners, and clients from enterprise, government, and banking sectors to architect, demonstrate, and champion cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity architectures covering SASE, XDR, Cloud Security, SOC, network security, and threat protection tailored for significant enterprise and government clients within Qatar.
• Plan and execute rigorous Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical capabilities and clearly communicate both security benefits and business value to prospective customers.
• Lead technical bid responses, including crafting solution architectures, compliance documentation, Bill of Materials (BOM/BOQ), and solution sizing for complex RFPs and tenders.
• Ensure solutions align with Qatar's cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks such as those from NIA and QCB.
• Collaborate intimately with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to steer technical talks and confidently interact with CISOs, security leaders, and IT decision-makers.
• Translate customer requirements into secure, scalable, and commercially viable cybersecurity architectures.
• Partner with leading cybersecurity vendors like Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, and Splunk to leverage advanced technologies and solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies, assisting Product Specialists with lab tests, technical validations, and strategic solution positioning.
• Conduct engaging technical presentations, workshops, and demonstration sessions throughout the sales process.
• Provide clear and thorough solution documentation, facilitating smooth project handovers to implementation teams after project award.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years experience in cybersecurity presales and solution architecture roles with demonstrable exposure to the Qatar market.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven track record supporting major enterprise and government cybersecurity initiatives in Qatar.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SASE, XDR, Cloud Security, SOC, SIEM, network security, endpoint security, and enterprise security architecture.
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity compliance requirements via NIA and QCB frameworks as applied to enterprise security solutions.
• Experience working with prominent cybersecurity technology vendors, notably Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, and Splunk.
• Solid presales abilities encompassing solution architecture design, sizing, BOM/BOQ preparation, responding to RFPs, preparing compliance matrices, delivering technical presentations, and managing complex PoCs.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PCNSE, NSE 7, CCIE Security, or equivalent advanced credentials are highly desirable.
