Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform focusing primarily on Copilot Studio integration.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions in close collaboration with various business units.
• Evaluate and incorporate pertinent AI technologies into the platform architecture.
• Organize and lead hackathons and workshops to promote platform adoption and encourage innovation.
• Enable departments to effectively leverage AI-based tools to enhance and streamline processes.

Candidate Profile

• Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Graph API.
• Strong communication skills with experience moderating workshops.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects, ideally in consulting roles.
• Willingness to operate within regulated environments.
• High motivation to learn and embrace emerging technologies.
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English (B2 level) both spoken and written.
