Overview
We seek an experienced professional specializing in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop with 4 to 5 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The individual will design, develop, test, document, and support automation solutions leveraging Power Automate Desktop technology.
Core Duties
- Architect, build, test, and implement RPA workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Create resilient, scalable automation processes tailored to business needs.
- Automate routine and rule-driven tasks via PAD technology.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and pinpoint automation opportunities.
- Configure desktop flows including variables, conditional logic, loops, exception handling, and data processing.
- Integrate automation workflows with software applications, databases, files, web platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with automation scripts and production bots.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and efficiency improvements of automation tasks.
- Maintain and upgrade existing RPA implementations.
- Document technical designs, process flows, and automation specifications thoroughly.
- Adhere to established RPA standards, best practice frameworks, and governance protocols.
- Collaborate efficiently with business analysts, developers, quality assurance, and technical teams.
- Track automation performance to ensure reliable operation of processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 5 years of substantial experience in RPA development.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop platform usage and development.
- Solid understanding of RPA principles, software development lifecycle, and automation best practices.
- Experienced in creating and sustaining automations for desktop and web applications using PAD.
- Proficient in designing workflow logic, managing exceptions, and debugging automation scripts.
- Strong skills in generating technical documentation and detailed process guides.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
