Job Overview
Zorba AI seeks a skilled Power Automate Desktop Developer with 4 to 5 years of practical experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role involves designing, building, testing, documenting, and supporting automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows on Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Build scalable and resilient desktop automation processes tailored to business needs.
- Automate repetitive, rule-driven tasks efficiently using PAD.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture process requirements and pinpoint automation areas.
- Configure desktop flows involving variables, control structures like conditions and loops, exception management, and data handling.
- Integrate PAD workflows with diverse applications, databases, files, web apps, and enterprise systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues arising in automation workflows and production bots promptly.
- Execute unit testing, debug, and optimize automation pipelines.
- Support and upgrade existing RPA implementations to ensure sustained performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation related to automation specifications.
- Adhere to RPA development standards, best practices, and company governance policies.
- Work jointly with business analysts, developers, QA, and other technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Continuously monitor automation executions to guarantee uninterrupted and efficient processing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 4 and 5 years of professional experience developing RPA solutions.
- Extensive hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong grasp of RPA principles, development methodologies, and automation best practices.
- Experience designing and maintaining PAD desktop automation flows.
- Familiarity automating both desktop and web-based applications.
- Solid understanding of workflow structuring, exception handling, debugging strategies, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent documentation capabilities, including technical and process-oriented documentation.
- Good analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
