About the Internship

This internship at Velozity Global Solutions offers hands-on experience in managing post-sales client relations and project coordination. You'll be engaged daily with client onboarding, coordinating kickoff meetings, and ensuring smooth handover of projects to delivery teams after deal closure. Handling client inquiries promptly through calls, emails, and messaging platforms is a key component. You will monitor project progress, manage billing follow-ups, identify potential upsell or cross-sell chances, and maintain comprehensive client records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be prepared for full-time remote work for a continuous period of three months.
• Availability to start between 15th September 2026 and 20th October 2026.
• Possess relevant skills and interests suitable for the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in client relationship management systems (CRM).
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset and comfort with engaging clients over calls.
