About The Role
Join The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, as a Porter Valet, where you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional guest experiences by managing vehicle traffic and attending to guest needs with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and regulate vehicle movement on the property to ensure efficient and safe traffic flow.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles from designated parking locations promptly.
- Provide guests with detailed information about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, as well as local points of interest and activities.
- Assist guests with their luggage, including loading, unloading, storing, retrieving, and transporting items to and from guest rooms.
- Handle guest requests for special services, such as transportation arrangements, reservations, or dry cleaning, by coordinating with appropriate service providers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification from an accredited national provider.
- Certification in food safety via the “I’m Alert” program recognized by the City of Perth.
- A valid and unrestricted Western Australian driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of the Perth local area and surroundings.
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Unrestricted legal eligibility to work in Australia.
