Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert committed to enhancing guest experiences through impeccable housekeeping and maintaining superior standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This role involves more than routine cleaning; it aims to create memorable and comforting environments for guests, reinforcing the luxury reputation of The Ritz-Carlton.

Key Duties

• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and restocking carts to preserve a welcoming atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain readiness to handle varied tasks independently within assigned spaces.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and maintain confidentiality in all operations.
• Maintain professional appearance, communication, and uphold company quality standards consistently.
• Manage physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Requirements and Expectations

• Commitment to ensuring a safe workplace and following established procedures.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and physically capable of tasks involved in housekeeping functions.
