Job Responsibilities
- Complete all Atria training programs successfully.
- Perform cleaning duties in offices, apartments, and common areas, ensuring all spaces remain safe, tidy, and appealing.
- Carry out floor care tasks such as vacuuming, extracting, buffing, sealing, and stripping for carpet, tile, and wood surfaces.
- Manage trash and debris removal from community areas.
- Maintain exterior grounds including sidewalks, walkways, stairways, building exteriors, and garden areas.
- Perform basic maintenance and handle work requests.
- Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and cultivate flower beds, depending on community needs.
- Report repair needs and unsafe conditions promptly to supervisors.
- Operate maintenance and landscape tools such as shovels, rakes, blowers, mowers, drills, saws, sanders, buffers, vacuums, and extractors safely.
- Handle caustic materials and cleaning equipment properly after reading and following safety instructions in English to ensure safety of everyone.
- Occasionally may carry out other assigned duties.
Skills and Requirements
- Successfully complete required training programs by Atria.
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting two-digit numbers, and multiplying/dividing by tens and hundreds using U.S. currency and measurements.
- Ability to work variable schedules and shifts.
- Capability to follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and machinery.
- Ability to handle routine and standardized tasks with occasional variables.
