Job Responsibilities

• Assist across all kitchen and dining room functions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster a restaurant-style dining experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director to enhance resident satisfaction with dining programs.
• Support the preparation and implementation of the Art of Atria Dining enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules diligently.
• Ensure appropriate storage of food items.
• Help with dining room upkeep including bussing and setting tables as well as assisting wait staff.
• Comply with quality enhancement protocols and established food safety standards.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and themed dining experiences.
• Attend the pre-meal briefing in the kitchen before service begins.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support team needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong team-oriented attitude.
