About the Role

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking committed and energetic Porters to become part of our team in Fultonville, NY. This vital role focuses on preserving cleanliness and operational functionality throughout our facilities to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for customers and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular cleaning duties in restrooms, break rooms, and public areas.
• Maintain floor hygiene by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Dispose of trash appropriately by emptying bins and managing waste systems.
• Assist with minor maintenance and promptly inform management about significant repair needs.
• Support event or meeting preparations by setting up and dismantling as needed.
• Keep cleaning materials adequately stocked and orderly.
• Offer outstanding customer service by welcoming guests and providing assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous.
• Capability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds.
• Keen eye for detail with a dedication to quality work.
• Effective communication skills paired with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary.
